- Project R&D personnel remuneration is eligible for researchers, technical staff and other auxiliary staff on employment contracts, civil-law contracts, or qualifying cooperation basis; only the time and scope engaged in R&D are eligible. Management, supervision and coordination remuneration is ineligible under the direct personnel category and instead treated as indirect costs.
