Conditions
Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.
- Applicant restriction
- Applicant must be a company entered in the Estonian Commercial Register with cybersecurity-related business activity; principal activity must fall within EMTAK 2025 Division K (telecommunications, computer programming, consulting, computing infrastructure and other information services), and code compatibility is required.
- Applicant restriction
- Project activities must take place in an EU or EEA member state; applicant company and company controlling the partner must also be registered in EU/EEA.
- Application restriction
- EIS operator page says this application window runs 12 Jan 2026 09:00 through 15 Dec 2026 16:00; retained SEDIA row separately reports 2 Dec 2026, so the current deadline is unresolved. The derived catalogue row records 2026-12-02; this is retained as a separate conflicting report.
- Consortium required
- Yes
- Eligible project scope
- Additional eligible implementation activities include accreditation, certification, standardisation/conformity assessment, metrology, patent/design legal-protection advice, technology-based product/service-design consultancy, doctoral recruitment for planned project activities, and participation in an industrial doctorate.
- Eligible project scope
- The EIS wording requires that, together with the applicant, the partner carry out project activities representing at least 40% of total project costs. The source does not separately allocate that combined workshare between the applicant and partner.
- Eligible project scope
- Funded activity scope includes proof of concept/prototyping/testing; developing, testing and demonstrating technological components; product trials, industrial experiments and feasibility studies. EIS separately lists additional activities eligible to implement main activities.
- Other condition
- EIS page summary states 30% self-financing. The detailed page separately varies maximum support rates by state-aid route and enterprise size; do not combine the summary percentage with a universal rate.
