Conditions
Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.
- Consortium required
- Yes
- Other condition
- Call support is paid via the cost-reporting model with annual pre-financing and balance payments; eligible costs follow HE MGA and subcontracting must be limited and cannot replace beneficiary capacity. This is not lump-sum funding.
- Other condition
- Project cost eligibility starts 1 Jan 2027 and ends by 31 Dec 2028.
- Other condition
- The linked Financial Support Agreement requires time worked for the recipient under the project, when personnel costs are declared, to be supported by monthly declarations signed by the person and supervisor unless another reliable time-record system is used; the granting authority may accept alternative evidence if it provides adequate assurance. This is a reporting/evidence rule, not a statement of permitted occupations or pay rates.
