Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.

BGK says the enterprise had to have its registered office, branch or place of business in a listed area on the date the state of natural disaster was announced. The exact regulation named by BGK is the special flood-recovery measures municipality list, RM regulation dated 16 September 2024 (Dz.U. 2024 poz. 1371), not the separate state-of-disaster geography regulation. This is a historical date test; it does not establish that a business qualifies today or that applications are currently accepted.
- Eligible project scopeEligible recovery and continuity project
- Recovery or continuity of business activity negatively affected by the September 2024 flood, including rebuilding damaged facilities/infrastructure, repairing or replacing damaged equipment, relocating within the same voivodeship to lower flood risk, stock replenishment, working capital and other necessary continuity costs.
Expenditures must be necessary for rebuilding or maintaining activity to the extent the flood negatively affected the enterprise.
