Conditions6

Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.

Applicant type
Eligible project-partner legal forms include public authorities/public-law bodies and their associations, EGTCs, SME associations and clusters, chambers of commerce, trade unions, NGOs, other qualifying public/private entities, and SMEs. Normal location is within the Programme area; justified EU organisations outside the area may qualify.

This is partner eligibility; lead-partner eligibility is a separate, narrower rule. The Manual says applicants outside the Programme area in EU Member States need special agreements and early Secretariat consultation.

Application restriction
The 6th regular call is open from 16 September through 4 November 2026 at 16:00 CET for Measures 1.1 and 4.1; applications are submitted in WOD2021 to the selected call.
Applications closed
No
Eligible project scope
Measure 1.1 digitalisation projects must deliver at least one jointly developed solution and contribute to one or both call-specific indicator sets: public digital service institutions (RCO14/RCR11) and enterprises receiving non-financial support (RCO04).
Other condition
When actual staff costs are claimed, salary amounts must correspond to the partner’s regular levels for similar positions or similar qualifications; contract/job-duty and staff involvement documentation is required. No call-specific job title, headcount, FTE or salary amount is fixed.
Project duration, maximum
24

Call-specific maximum for both Measures 1.1 and 4.1.

Amounts and costs4
Catalogue budget
€1,264,675

Figure as listed by the provider. Whether it is the total allocation or a per-project cap is unverified unless a reviewed condition says so.

Call allocation
€2,040,972

Aggregate available allocation for the 6th call, covering Measures 1.1 and 4.1; not a per-project ceiling or the Measure 1.1 row amount.

Eligible cost
Project-partner staff may be budgeted either as a 20% flat rate of eligible direct costs other than staff costs, or as actual costs. The selected option cannot change during contracting or implementation.
Eligible cost limit
20 percent of direct eligible costs excluding staff costs

Optional staff-cost budget method; applies to each project partner. It is not an individual wage rate or salary cap.

Funding intensity, maximum
80 %

Maximum ERDF co-financing for eligible expenditure; partner-level rates may be lower under the applicable rules.

Personnel and services1

Staff cost the grant can fund

The manual permits existing staff or people contracted specifically for the project. Partner chooses the 20% flat-rate method or actual-cost method; this call does not prescribe a required hire, headcount, FTE, qualification, duration or salary. Flat-rate reimbursement does not equal an individual salary entitlement.
