Conditions9

Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.

Applicant restriction
The intake-stage applicant is an adult natural person or team of natural persons that owns the submitted idea and has full legal capacity. Selected ideas proceed to startup incubation under separate company-registration conditions.
Applicant restriction
The regulations define incubation as support delivered after entrepreneur registration. This does not establish an employment or payroll rule.
Application restriction
The operator news page lists Round VII submissions from 8 October 2026 through 7 March 2027. This round schedule does not itself establish a separate funding pool.
Application restriction
The exact normalized PARP source row for this Start in… record lists the programme intake window 18 March 2024 to 7 March 2027. The row is a programme-level schedule entry, not a separate VII-round budget allocation.
Eligible project scope
Individualized incubation supports development and validation of the business model and MVP through basic and specialist services. The service menu depends on each startup’s needs and available platform resources.
Other condition
Costs must be necessary for the venture and MVP-related, transparent, rational and effective. A change of grant amount in the first two incubation months requires a detailed MVP rationale and normally three current service offers; a justified single-provider market analysis may be accepted instead. Approval and an updated incubation plan/agreement are required.
Other condition
The grant is paid as reimbursement of incurred expenses to the startup business account; the funded specialist MVP service and its settlement documents must be completed no later than 40 days before incubation ends.
Other condition
The reviewed rules describe a project-specific grant for specialist MVP services; they do not specify eligible payroll, employee contract forms, job titles, salary rates, headcount, or FTE. This absence is not a hiring prohibition for the startup generally.
Other condition
The operator’s Annex 10 (effective 14 October 2026) instead lists Round VII application intake through 31 January 2027. This conflicts with the operator news page’s 7 March 2027 end date and the PARP row’s overall 7 March 2027 end date. The sources do not explain whether the Annex 10 schedule was superseded; do not select a controlling Round VII deadline from this review.
Amounts and costs3
Eligible cost
A startup may seek a grant for specialist services necessary to create its MVP only when a project partner cannot deliver them because it lacks the relevant resources, competence or organizational capacity; an ecosystem partner or an entity outside the project partnership may deliver the service.
Ineligible cost
VAT on a grant-funded service is paid by the startup from its own resources.
Expected contribution per project
PLN 40,000

Planned project average grant value, net of VAT; the actual startup grant may be higher or lower subject to the project-budget limit. This is not a maximum or guaranteed award.
