Conditions
Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.
- Applicant restriction
- The route is for a natural person who owns, co-owns or holds perpetual usufruct over the property where a qualifying residential building is located. A joint property application is submitted by one co-owner/usufructuary with written consent from all the others; the applicant must hold legal title and evidence that the building was lawfully admitted to use. A property already subsidized under Moja Woda is excluded.
- Application restriction
- Applications are submitted through the GWD, not on paper. The call began 22 June 2026 and is continuous until the end date is announced, but the Fund may suspend or end it earlier if allocation is exceeded. Submissions after the applicable end date are left unexamined; submissions received after allocation are placed on a reserve list in arrival order and depend on available funds. For multiple applications concerning the same property, the first received is considered.
- Eligible project scope
- The eligible installation must collect rain or snowmelt water from non-permeable surfaces, store a total of at least 2 m³, retain water in the ground and/or use retained water. The project scope requires at least 50 m² of water-collecting surface and at least 2 m³ total storage capacity.
