Conditions3

Typed facts extracted from the source documents by Scindu's grant-data review. Each value keeps its own conditions. Unknown means unstated, not zero or unlimited.

Applicant restriction
Applicant is an OSP unit located in Dolnośląskie and it must have both a positive opinion from the competent district/city PSP commander and a positive opinion from the Dolnośląskie provincial PSP commander supporting the necessity of the requested vehicle purchase. The award is made under an agreement between the Fund and the OSP unit.
Application restriction
This packet is for the exact 2026 Wrocław OSP vehicle call. The retained source index marks the record open as of its 22 October collection, while the official call page states an application window ending 30 September 2026. The NFOŚiGW notice requires each applicant to apply for the amount shown for that entity in Annex 3. Live portal acceptance, a later extension or formal closure, and the Annex 3 applicant-specific amounts were not verified from the retained evidence.
Application restriction
The OSP must ensure funds to cover project costs not covered by the Fund and use the purchased equipment for the programme purposes. The Fund can inspect implementation and spending during the task and through the durability period specified in the agreement; improperly spent or unsettled funds are repayable with interest.

Call allocation
PLN 2,000,000

The 2026 notice labels PLN 2,000,000 as the planned aggregate budget from NFOŚiGW, while programme §8 says the programme is implemented from WFOŚiGW Wrocław own funds and, under the agreement, commits an amount not lower than PLN 2,000,000. Preserve the source-level financing-origin wording difference; the notice figure is not an independently verified remaining balance or per-beneficiary award. Notice IX(4) also requires applications to follow the beneficiary-specific amounts in its Annex 3 schedule, which is not retained here.

Cost item funding, maximum
PLN 118,000

Category-specific maximum contribution under programme §3; this is not the total vehicle purchase price. The final award is also limited by the programme 50% eligible-cost rate, the PLN 235,000 per-task cap, the applicant-specific Annex 3 amount, available programme funds and the agreement.

Eligible cost
Eligible costs are limited to invoices issued to the final beneficiary from announcement of the call through 11 December 2026, provided the task was not completed by the application date. Eligible cost
The 2026 programme lists four supported purchase categories: light, medium and heavy rescue-and-firefighting vehicles, and OSP minibuses used for rescue tasks. Category-specific programme funding ceilings are separately typed below. The listed amounts are funding contributions for the category, not total vehicle purchase prices; the final grant also depends on eligible costs, the overall 50% rate, the PLN 235,000 per-task ceiling, the beneficiary-specific schedule, available funds and the agreement.
Funding intensity, maximum
50 percent of eligible task costs

Maximum 50% of eligible task cost; separately capped at PLN 235,000 per task. The final award also depends on the category-specific contribution ceiling, beneficiary-specific amount schedule, eligible costs and funds available, and is set by agreement.
