Ograniczenie wnioskodawcy

The route is for a natural person who owns, co-owns or holds perpetual usufruct over the property where a qualifying residential building is located. A joint property application is submitted by one co-owner/usufructuary with written consent from all the others; the applicant must hold legal title and evidence that the building was lawfully admitted to use. A property already subsidized under Moja Woda is excluded.

Ograniczenie wniosku

Applications are submitted through the GWD, not on paper. The call began 22 June 2026 and is continuous until the end date is announced, but the Fund may suspend or end it earlier if allocation is exceeded. Submissions after the applicable end date are left unexamined; submissions received after allocation are placed on a reserve list in arrival order and depend on available funds. For multiple applications concerning the same property, the first received is considered.

Zakres projektu

The eligible installation must collect rain or snowmelt water from non-permeable surfaces, store a total of at least 2 m³, retain water in the ground and/or use retained water. The project scope requires at least 50 m² of water-collecting surface and at least 2 m³ total storage capacity.

Maximum grant amount per undertaking; also limited by the 90% eligible-cost rate.

Koszt kwalifikowalny

Eligible categories include collection, storage, soil-retention and use installations. The catalogue sets unit-cost maxima, including PLN 2,500 per m³ for closed tanks, PLN 300 per m³ for open ponds, and PLN 20 or PLN 40 per m² for specified collection, retention and water-use installations. The examples of ineligible costs include gutters/downpipes, green roofs/walls, used items, design documents and insurance; the source says the exclusion examples are not exhaustive.

Eligible costs run from 1 July 2024 through no later than 31 December 2027. The grant is for undertakings completed by the application date; completion is measured by the date of the last invoice or equivalent accounting document for the purchase or service.
